Juanita was born on April 28, 1914, in Punta Gorda, FL the fourth child to Mack & Illinois Gollman. Juanita was a Sunday school teacher, she enjoyed playing the piano and singing. Juanita worked in Gollman’s Bar in Punta Gorda and in Gollman’s Store in Ft. Myers. She also ran a child daycare center in New York City. Juanita married Jack McCray who was a widower and helped raise his two daughters in New York. Robert Sharron was her partner in her later years and was the family handyman that fixed all the family’s rental properties. Juanita passed on 22 Nov 1999 at the age of 85 years old and was buried at the Lt. Carl Bailey Cemetery in Cleveland, FL.
