Lillian was born July 10, 1907, in Punta Gorda, FL the first child to Mack & Illinois Gollman. “Sista” as her siblings would call her and “Momma Sista” as her niece & nephews would call her. “Sista” because she was much older than her younger siblings and would help raise them. And “Momma Sista” because she was a mother to all the children in the family. She enjoyed playing the piano and shopping. Lillian attended Florida A&M University. She played piano at the Bethel A.M.E. Church in Punta Gorda for many years. She also worked in Gollman’s Bar in Punta Gorda and in the Gollman’s Store in Ft. Myers. Lillian lived in New York & Washington D.C. Lillian passed on 20 Apr 1995 at the age of 87 years old and was buried at the Lt. Carl Bailey Cemetery in Cleveland, FL.
